What is the FanCam?
The FanCam system is made of a touchscreen computer and web camera that interfaces with the business’ Facebook Page. It is installed at the business, either mounted on a wall or on a stand-alone kiosk for customers to take quick photos. They provide their name and email address, and then take (or retake) a photo and give permission to have it automatically uploaded to the company’s Facebook Page. After taking the photo, they can tag it and share it, allowing their friends to see where they’ve been.
